The award is issued by the VERON Region Alkmaar (R01) commemorating the 750th anniversary of the founding of Alkmaar City. Earn 10 points between 1 March and 31 October 2004.

Each contact with stations from R01 counts 1 point. Contact with stations of the partner cities TATA (Hungary), BATH (England), TROYES (France) and DARMSTAD (Germany) counts 2 points.

Club station PI4ALK = 3 points and on 13 June = 4 points. Each station may be worked on different bands and modes for credit. Same for SWL.
