Construction does not raise any difficulty.
Material side, nothing in particular.
The radiant bits, 4 are consisted TWO lines of an impedance of 300 ohms,
called “Twin-lead”.
The 2 lines are maintained by insulating matter spacers.
They will be cut in their millieu and the bits will be fed by a coaxial line of
75 ohms.
Space in the center is of 2cms approximately.
Calculations concerning the lengths are carried out as for a dipole.
