Welcome to the Photos Page!

Well, here's the proof! They can say they were not there, but the pictures do not lie! If you have photos you would like to add to this page, contact HP1XBG. I can scan them and get them on the page. If you already have them scanned, drop me a courtesy email first and I will tell you where I want you to FTP them. They need to be in either JPEG or GIF format, preferably the former.

Here is Brad (HP1XPF)hard at work!

And what's Bob doing all this time?

..Or ensuring quality control....Good labor is hard to find these days!

Here's Your's Truly trying to look employed.

We arrived in daylight and left at nightfall...

Here is the Repeater Before.....

...And After
Although it is not done, it is much, much closer to it. Notice the new terminal strip on the left. Many of the ends wires that were originally connected with electrical tape or just left hanging are now connected via an RS 232 connector. Most of the lines have been tie-wrapped and are hanging much neater than before. Before it would have been nearly impossible to trace a line without considerable effort. There are still some more lines to connect to a 232 connector, but most of it has been done. Once that is completed, the lines will be rerun and the installation will have a professional, neat look to it. Thanks Brad!

Here are a few Pics from the Tech Committee

Here we were working on the Sosa Repeater;Left to right:Brad(HP1XPF), Rick(HP1YAO),and Juancho(HP1YG).

This is going down the hill..pretty steep walk

This is the view from the repeater westward. You can see Rodman Naval Station in the far distance and the dry dock in the foreground.
