My call is PA9JAM . My personal name is Anneke. I am a licensed radio amateur since April 2000. I am 42 years old, married and I have a 8 year old son, named Gerben.

My QTH is Poortugaal, a small village nearby the harbor city of Rotterdam.

You can find me on several frequency's, and I hope too meet you there.

I like to be a member of the crew  (club station) for several contests. So I worked this year in the PACC contest, and I was also a member of the crew on the VHF/UHF field day.  I join a lot of contest under my own call, like The IOTA contest, The IARU HF world championship, The PACC, Midwinter contest and a lot of othercontests.

I also have a YL number this is 148. My QTH locator is JO21EU QSL region 42 region 37

Horse riding

I have my own horse. She is still very young. The horse is a show horse like the American saddle bread. When she is old enough I will train here for dressage and  riding with a carriage.

This is the picture of my first horse named Geoffrey. With this horse I was very successful in dressage. He also had a nick name this is Schoffel because he plagued our garden. Often by opening his stable door he went into the garden and makes it a mess.

This is the picture of my horse Sitana. She is very young. Daily I take her out for a walk in the open. I hope she will do well in dressage. It will take several years before I can bring her out in events for dressage.  

Gardening and garden designing

The hobby started with designing my own garden. My garden looks a little bit like a cottage garden. In the garden I planted a lot of roses

Cars

A other hobby is riding with my car (four wheel drive), a Suzuki Vitara, in the open field. But for the comfort and he long distance we use the  car of my husband Martin. He has a very comfortable car, a BMW 730 ie.
