A zero cent stamp !
In January 1998, the Dutch PTT delivered their new price list at every address in the Netherlands. On the inside, a sheet with a 0 cent stamp was glued (a collector's nightmare!) to the back. It will be valid for one day only: when the Dutch PTT Post will be noted at the Amsterdam Stock Exchange for the first time in history, it can be used as a 80 cent stamp.
Unfortunately, my sheet (shown on the picture) was slightly damaged when I tried to get it out of the price list in one piece.
