On Aug. 08, I operated on 1296.010 MHz, 0020 - 0130Z.
The only sig. I heard was Eino, a good and booming signal.

  OH2DG  569 / 559

Other JA guys couldn't spare time for AW (at least I know )
on 23 cm.

HAM FAIR 2004 will be held on Aug. 21 - 22 in Tokyo.
Some 20,000 amateurs visit every year.   Shopping for surplus
and eyeball meeting are my pleasure on it.  You can measure
the RF characteristics and draw the curves of something you
bought there, at the JARL technical service, free of additional
charge.

For English service see the JARL web.
http://www.jarl.or.jp/English/4_Library/A-4-1_News/jn0401.htm

Some of JA-EME ops use to have a lunch meeting during the fest.
Is there anyone who can come and join us?

Subj:    HB9Q update
Date:   8/8/04 10:35:24 AM Eastern Daylight Time
From:   [email protected] (HB9CRQ)
To:     [email protected] ('moon-net')

Dear friends

After having traveled for almost 4 month it was great to be back on the
moon. Many thanks to all who QSO'd us!

It was especially nice to work Lee, ZS5LEE on 432 with his 2x22el and
50W (see QRP-list  and the band-page for complete log on our home-page
at www.hb9q.ch)  and Fortunato, 9H1ES on 1296 in CW followed by a nice
SSB QSO (see also the band-page for complete log)!

Our next activities are as follows:
September 5th and 11th/12th 004:

We will activate 432 MHz as follows:
September 5th from approx 06.00z until our moonset at 11.45z
September 11th from approx. 01.30z until our moonset at 16.30z
September 12th from approx. 02.30z until our moonset at 17.00z

The frequency will be 432.020 +- QRM for CW and 432.040 +- QRM for JT44.
We will be logged-in at the JT-logger at
http://www.chris.org/cgi-bin/jt44eme.

Depending on activity we may also be QRV on 1296 MHz CW. Please look for
us around 1296.016. If you wish to work us, drop us an e-mail so we can
arrange for a QSY to 23cm.

We will also be QRV on 144 MHz. Details not yet known. Please check the
moon-net or our home-page a week before the activities.
