============================================================================================

KB8RQ/M: no traffic...

WA1JOF: still working on tower and preparing for 23cm EME..

W2UHI:  feeling much better... all equipment is operational.. hi winds and t-storms this
morning.. whenever there is a mutual window [moon] there should be activity no
matter what.. Rather than specific days, get on and be active whenever the moon
        is good for you ..

K5JL:   nothing special.. hi winds today.. we should set weekends for for 70cm & 23cm
due to high activity on these bands and then let the bands above get together
and establish specific weekends for 222, 2304 10ghz etc.. these weekends can
coincide with the set weekends or be on off sked weekend.. but we need to
maintain EME activity no matter what.. Jay suggest that W5LUA/VE4MA/others on
microwave get together and spur the activity..

EUROPE: 10:33 AM 4/17/04

VE6TA:  Grant operates several EME bands and looks for a long common window with Europe
and high declination.. Grant would like to re-activiate activity weekend schedule
for muli-band operation, such as the first day of activity weekend be 432 & 2304
and the second activity day for 1296 & 10ghz .. The suggestion is for those who
have to change feeds, it makes it more convienient to be available for activity..

W9IIX:  no EME news .. very busy QRL.. has a GS-15 amp #65 for driver..

WB7QBS: no traffic..

VE4MA:  Barry comments that there is a frustrating lack of co-ordintation of bands vs activity
weekends.. and this has led to a decline in interest and activity.. we welcome your
        comments via net and/or e-mail..

N7KA:   Arnie..last night was looking for info about EME and K1RQG.. looking for info on an EME
        reflector.. [email protected]                                   @@@@@@@@@

SP5AST: no traffic.. George.. 5/9 ..

DL7UDA: will be QRV on 70cm next sked weekend 4x21 ele 800w .. JO62uu .. New amp gs23b 800w..

N4PU:   not much to report.. still working on jackscrew.. has to change the mount around ..
looking for receive only converter for 23cm to 28mhz ..

W2DRZ:  also there is a gab session on 3.846mhz most every eve from about 9pm EDT to 11pm.

NA4N:   comments about activity weekends .. leave 432 & 1296 weekends as they are..
and may need more than one weekend during the month for microwave ....  getting
400w out of GS-15b.. all seems well now.. now will be working on feed horn mount..
working on az indicator now.. got a new slug for 23cm and now things look much better.
7289 amp may have been running fine.. now that new slug in system, things look much
better.. using the Bird "E" slug may be deceiving .. use 1.6 x "E" slugs for
approximate cal.. will be in touch with W2DRZ ..

W5LBT:  looking for VE4MA ??
