Hallo Joe,
I sent an e-mail to Jürgen, DK3WG, but I think his address has changed.
Could you please pass this to the net? My hf antenna still does not work,
too cold to put it up a the moment.
Proposal:
10 Feb. 2001, 2230z, 432.080, UA3PTW first
If possible, I would like to get some more skeds with UA and JA (so far
heard but not worked: JH4JLV, JA5NNS, JH0WJF, JS3SIM, JA2KRW, JL1ZCG and
some more) after 2200z on 10 Feb and after 2000z on 9 Feb.

Dear Joe, thanks for the sked with WB0GGM which is close to the end of
my 70cm EME Moon window (need at least 40 degrees of elev in KN05PS !).
Looking back in my notes found that have never worked with: JA2TY, KA0Y
and K4EME all heard here with fine signals. Do prefer the date of 3 feb
(saturday) to keep the 4 th for 2m EME skeds. Have already 149 initials,
one more will bring me to 150 (never dreamed from this QTH !). Still hunt
for Oceania to complete my 70cm WAC, pity that VK4AFL is out of my range.
Thanks for your time and help, 73 Szigy.

Hi,
just installed the 13cm transverter and amplifiers. All seems to be fine. If
weather allows, I'll be QRV on 13cm next weekend. I'll probably try to
listen to the proposed skeds and try some RANDOM QSOs. I will transmit on
2320MHz but can listen on 2304MHz too (no 2424MHz to the time being).
I am not sure about an possible offset between the two converters so those
not on 2320 please tune around ... I might also have tracking problems but
we'll see.
Will try Feb 3rd starting around 2200z until Feb 4th 0100z

Subj: EME

Hi Joe,
It would appear that I will be leaving EME. Several factors, including
moving from my current QTH and not so good health are all happening at once.
I have decided to sell the large solid state 23Cm amp that I have been
using on EME. Briefly, its a 5 1/4" RF deck made from 16 Mitsubishi M57762
power modules driven by a single M57762 (1/4 watt drive) and yields 225W
into a good load. I run VCC at 14.2VDC. It requires a stiff 80A or better
DC supply. I am using 2 X 50A Astrons in parallel. It was an exercise in
power dividing and combining that worked well. Might just be the thing to
use as an IPA for a big tube. Although it yielded 91 initials as a final PA
for me. Anyone interested can call for more details.
I will try to rejoin the net as soon as my schedule permits. W4TJ expressed
an interest in the 4.4M dish, feed, and all accessories, however, should he
not want it, these items will also have to be put on the block. Mesh good
to Ku band. My phone number is (610) 777-2265 and location is SE
Pennsylvania.
Thanks and 73,
Harry, K3AX

Joe,
I see that you have scheduled me with three stations, K5WXN, K4EME, &
WB0GGN. At that day and time, I may not be able to meet these schedules
as I will be traveling back from Fairbanks (via car). I would like to
either try it on Sunday of this weekend or reschedule them. Sorry about
this but I don't want to leave them hanging there.
