OZ5V. Fine MS Condx, worked 3 G stns. JT6M and hrd. GX7VHF on phone.

Comments, February 2005.

GX7VHF. Mild Tropo conditions. NO ms and some possible snow scatter Excellent UK activity.
OZ3FYN. Wkd. a couple of MS QSOs JT6M and Bornholm Isl. (JO75) on flat condx.

Comments, March 2005.

GX7VHF. Surprised to work DL and GM as conditions not very stable some tropho conditions and heard a few MS pings from OZ6OM.
OZ3FYN. Wkd. a few QSOs at flat condx.
OZ6OM. Fair activitet, both on flat ConDX and on MS, got G, GW, S5 & SM5 on MS. GW & SM for new JT6M mode DXCC.

Comments, April 2005.

GX7VHF. Excellent start to Sporadic E Season with CT, EH and EH9 Booming in. Some MS from Danmark and North-South Sporadic opening.
OZ200HCA. The callsign belong to the EDR Odense Branch - OZ3FYN, special event call to accommodate the 200 year anniversary of the fairy tale writer Hans Christian Andersen. Operation was carefully planned to be from one of the highest point at Fyn Isl. JO55CE, 128 masl. But due to an generator failure, we was not able to be QRV at JT6M (WSJT) as promised. We managed to get 12 v. from a vehicle, but no PC nor station accessories could be supplied with current. No other working light, than 230 v. was brought - so we had to pull the Rig down, using the very last daylight short before 20 hours UT.
ODX was GX7VHF with a steady 519 (and some MS pings) at CW.

Comments, May 2005.

GX7VHF. GX7VHF worked OZ6OM on WSJT for our first DX-Data contact. Surprised by S57RR just popped out of the noise.
OZ6OM. A contest that called for the full repertoire, thus fine ConDX the days up to the contest ConDX was at the bottom. So the were called for SSB, CW, FM & JT6M. ODX was ON4IQ (SSB) at 646 Km. and GX7VHF (JT6M) at 699 Km. Quite good local activity at SSB.

Comments, June 2005.

GX7VHF. Fairly unique conditions. Good Es opening into SE Europe at start of contest. Worked OZ with ease on Tropho, PA/DL on Backscatter. In 4 years of Nordic contesting, the most enjoyable contest for our clubstation, despite heavy QRN and QRM. Storm moving from southwest England. Good UK/PA participation and a great improvement on winter months. (4X4DK, KM71JV, 3508 km.)
OZ6OM.
Fine Tropo, ODX was GW8ZRE/P in IO83 - 901 Km. Also GX7VHF JO01 and G4DEZ JO03 and some PA´s was worked.
OZ7CQ. J3/K5AND was hrd. but not wkd. ODX became 9H1EE JM75 at 2159 Km. on CW. Good Tr. to UK wkd. 9 stations a.o. GX7VHF in JO01 with 59 !
OZ9CQ. ODX G4DEZ JO03AE 856 km.

Comments, July 2005.

GX7VHF. Slow start, some forward scatter into G/PA/DL/ON. Very short Sporadic E's opening into South-East Europe 9A/LZ/S5/UT. ODX LZ2PEP in KN33GM at 2098 km
OZ50MHz. Initial QSO was with OZ4CQ followed by PA´s, DL´s & ON´s at this point ODX was ON4IQ in JO20, but later G4DEZ in JO03 showed up running the RSGB contest and became ODX of the evening. Sadly we was not blessed wit an short Es opening like the UK guys. GX7VHF was hrd. in and out all evening both at SSB and CW.
OZ6OM. Wkd. a few PE´s in JO22 & JO23. Was primarily participating with OZ50MHZ.

Comments, August 2005.

GX7VHF. Good participation. Very pleased to work LA4LN on CW MS several loud pings in 2-3 sec bursts. Called by OZ1DJJ PE1MZS OZ50MHZ on JT6M, some 15 second bursts from Bo OZ1DJJ. Good east-west Tropho conditions into Wales and Belgium Netherlands & Germany HA also worked on MS, IZ0 worked on brief sporadic opening. Worked a solid contact with Alex GM4NFC on Tropho. 73 Andy Durant, G8PL.
OZ50MHz. 5 DXCC´s was worked, DL, G, PA,OZ & UR. ODX (Tr) was DH6JL in JO31, ODX (Ms) was G4PCI in IO91, ODX (Es) was UR5LX in KO70. Three contacts were made on JT6M, G4PCI, GX7VHF & PE1MZS.

Comments, September 2005.

GX7VHF. No Tropho conditions, very difficult to work beyond 100 kms. LA4LN worked on random CW MS with 3-5 second pings. OZ50MHZ was worked on JT6M in 15 minutes and was audible at times in shack 3-5 second pings and some strong bursts. Called by LY3UM (27) on jt6m but not able to complete. Some very thin audio copied from OZ50MHZ on 50.173 but not enough for a contact. No GW, ON, F, or DL's were heard which is very unusual.
OZ50MHz. 3 DXCC´s was worked, G, I & OZ. ODX (Ms) was IK5YJY in JN53. Four contacts were made on JT6M, G4PCI, G4IGO, IK5YJY & GX7VHF. Also tried with S59MA but was unable to finish contact.

Comments, October 2005.

GX7VHF. Difficult conditions on SSB strong QSB and some rain static. Very pleased to work into Scandinavia on JT6m. Some long Meteor 24 sec. bursts from OZ50MHZ and OZ1DJJ near the end of the contest. Heard but unable to work Tor LA8NK. LX0SIX beacon heard at start of contest but F or DL stations heard. GM4NFC worked in stron QSB but worked better on side of beam than direct. ODX OH7TE KP20JD 1715 Km.
OZ50MHz. 4 DXCC´s was worked, G, I, LA & OZ. ODX (Ms) was IK1EGC in JN35. Six contacts were made on JT6M, OZ1DJJ, G4IGO, IK1EGC, GX7VHF & LA8NK. Noticed a general good activity at JT6m.

Comments, November 2005.

GX7VHF. Able to work LA8NK with ease on JT6M. Struggled to work GW and GD with deep fading but we worked GM4NFC with a constant signal. There were no PA/ON/F and DL stations heard on the band. The LX0SIX beacon was 559 at start of the contest. Some good MS bursts of 5 seconds heard from OZ6OM. Problems with sync stopped us from working more on JT6M.
G4DEZ. Not much in the way of DX, thanks to all who came and gave points away to contestants.
OZ6OM. 4 DXCC´s was worked, G, LA, LY & OZ. G4DEZ was heard at SSB. ODX (Ms) was G4IGO in IO80. Four contacts were made on JT6M; G4IGO, GX7VHF, LY3UM & LA8NK. Further LZ4KK was monitored. Noticed a general good activity across Europe at JT6m.

Comments, December 2005.

G4DEZ. Very low activity and very poor conditions thanks to those that came on the band. ODX LA8NK in JO48KM 810 Km.
OZ6OM. Some Aurora in the first hour of the contest, unfortunately I had to return for a PC, so I missed that part but just made a QSO with LB7Q. Very little activity on SSB, but fair ConDX on JT6m. Spend about an hour in a QRP experiment with M1DUD, wits unfortunately did not succeed. Thus G, LA & OH was worked. ODX was OH6KTL in KP02.
