Rapido will provide an automatic download of a JPEG picture from the internet at a certain time interval and show the picture on screen.
In addition it allows you to save the downloaded picture on disk. What's Rapido ?
It is just a contraction from Rik's automatic picture download.
The very first version was just written as an exercise to get familiar with the internet facilities of Delphi. Later I thought that I could be a useful tool to monitor 136kHz transatlantic propagation (almost) real-time as several US amateurs are monitoring the segment 137772Hz - 137775Hz for QRSS and DFCW signals (using ARGO or similar software) and are putting their screenshots almost real-time on the web. At that time I made some modifications in order to make it a bit more user friendly.

How to install Rapido
Download RADIDO.ZIP and unzip it into a separate directory (eg. C:\MYSTUFF\RAPIDO). Now you can execute RAPIDO.EXE from the windows explorer and/or make a shortcut.
