The QSL Managers softawre is a simple software to use with data file about QSL Managers updated by Paul Delmelle, ON6DP. QSL Managers is used to search QSL Managers from a contacted callsign. It has been developed for a course on Visual Basic as an example. It runs under the main versions of Windows.

Setup
After downloading of one of the two files :
1. Extract the different files of the zip file in a temporary directory.
2. Double-click on setup.exe.
3. Follow the instructions of the setup program.
4. The software starts from the menu "Start" of Windows - group QSL Managers by ON7VZ.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DATA FILE IS NOT SUPPLIED WITH THE DOWNLOAD. THE DATA FILE CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM ON6DP WEB SITE. Click here to access.
THE FILE QSL.TXT EXTRACTED FROM THE ZIP FILE HAS TO BE PLACED IN THE SAME DIRECTORY AS QSL MANAGERS SOFTWARE. THIS FILE REPLACES THE TEST FILE PROVIDED WITH THE DOWNLOAD;
