DCF77 Decoder for Windows 95/98

Download Beta release 1.15 (freeware)

Currently only supports a DCF77 receiver connected to the joystick port.
After startup the program will show for about 10 s ,and will the hide itself in the system tray as an icon.
The icon will show with a red cross if the system is not locked ,it will turn into a green icon when there has been locking in the past hour.
When you double-click the icon,it will display the program's dialog again.
When the dialog is visible ,the PC speaker will beep according to the level from the DCF77 receiver.

There is a checkbox to enable a sound on every new hour.
The 'Inverted' checkbox can not be set by the user,but is set automatically.

The time setting will depend on the time-zone settings on your PC.
If you want your PC clock in UTC time ,you must select the 'Monrovia Cassablanka' time zone.
