On July 10, 2003 we ( my xyl Ria and I ) moved from the French speaking part of Belgium to the Dutch speaking part of the country in the province of Limburg.

Overpelt is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Limburg. On January 1st, 2002 Overpelt had a total population of 12,880 (6,552 males and 6,328 females). The total area is 40.85 km² which gives a population density of 315.30 inhabitants per km².
