Intro: It is easy to get a license in Chagos IF you have permission to go there

The best way to get a license:
To get a license here all you need to do upon your arrival is present a copy of your license to the British Representative who will then ask what call you want and record it in the journal. You are now licensed as VQ9??.

Diego Garcia has very limited access. According to boat people even harbour access is normally denied by the local and US Navy authorities (OH2MCN).
