Reciprocal licensing information

In USA from ARRL

ARRL HQ has reciprocal information sheets on every country in the world although it is, in most cases, not available electronically, and is one of the many membership services of ARRL. Some of the information is out of date, mainly from countries where there is little or no ham activity.

ARRL established a service on the Web on this subject in the end of 1996. See Operating Permit Information by Country

The United States has made arrangements with the certain countries to grant a reciprocal permit for alien amateur licensee (FCC Form 610-AL) to their citizens who hold amateur service licenses. See FCC Web pages.
