NOMINATIONS WERE HELD ON 2-13 FIRST NET. The meeting was called to order by Net Manager N7RBO at 5:55 PM prior to 6 o’clock net. A roll call of the Board was called and Board Member present was K7JUC, K7DDI, N7IPG, K7SEG, & W7BXD. The meeting then was turned over to the Chairman of the Board, K7DDI. Nominations were then open for the Eastern & Central Area, K7RFO nominated K7JUC and was seconded by W7WHY, Lorene was appointed by the Board when K7QQQ became a Silent Key in 2004. Nominations were then opened for Director at Large; ND7V nominated K7DDI to run again and was seconded by K7RFO. So K7JUC, Lorene is the Eastern and Central Area Board Member & K7DDI, Dick is the Director at Large. Nominations were then opened by the Board Members to select a Chairman and K7DDI was nominated by W7BXD and was seconded by N7IPG. K7JUC made a motion that nominations be closed, and was seconded by W7WHY. No election will be needed; the candidates were nominated by a unanimous decision. The meeting was adjourned at 6:pm.
