The Leonids 1999 showed a very short peak on Nov. 18, from 01:40 - 02:40 UT.
This 2 pictures are from 00:16 - 01:50 and 01:51 - 03:27 UT, and show
29 columns or 200 seconds each, the timestamp is on the top:
e.g. 020 = 02:00 UT. The first 6 columns show a normal background, with
more and more Leonid meteor echos, including some fireballs with echo
durations up to 2 minutes. Total ionisation level was lower than 1998.
