BESCHREIBUNG:
Die Kamera ist an der Spitze eines 50m hohen Sende-Mastes montiert. Die Amateurfunk-Relais-Station am Frauenstaffel im Norden Österreichs hat eine Sprachmailbox, sprechende Funk-Wetterstation, Video-Panorama-Kameras mit TV-Sender und Packetradio-Knoten mit Hamnet (Datenfunk). Alles über DTMF funkfernsteuerbar !

DISCRIPTION:
Camera is mounted on a 150 feet high communication-tower. The repeaters have a voicemailbox with a speaking weatherstation, remote-links, some SHF-Link-Equipment like ATV and a Data-Net.


LOCATION:
The Repeater is located 100km northwest of Vienna, the capital-city of Austria and 4km east of the district-city Waidhofen/Thaya. It's on top of a ski-lift-hill, called FRAUENSTAFFEL. The repeater-equipment is in a small wooden house, which was built from Ham-Radio-Operators of the local area. The antennas are mounted on a 150 feet high radio-tower. Sea-Level is 2200feet.
