Unfortunately I did not got
permission to put up a beam, the antenna only was a HY-GAIN DX-88
multiband vertikal, but good for 5-B-DXCC ! It was much fun with the people living under the antenna in these attic flats, having the radials, which were located all over the roof, only a few centimeters away..... We were living on the second floor (where the sunshade is located). |

Station
mainly consists of an old ICOM 745 for shortwave and ICOM 211 for 2
meter (antenna indoor). Amplifier (not in use to often - see photo above ....) is a Ten-Tec Centurion. This old computer has made his job for amateur radio porposes. |

The antenna system contains
of a Versatower BP 60SX, which allows to mount the Force 12 C4 antenna
18m over the ground. Below the Force 12 there is a 5 Element for 6M and for the low bands a half sloper does his job (in meantime there is a 11 element long yagi for two meters, as I was stopped on 6m....) Of course there is 2m/70cm groundplane on the top of the tower, for local communication purposes. This setup makes me QRV from 160M up to 70cm, which was the main goal in erecting this antennas in my QTH located in the center of our little town. |

Yes, I agree, with the new JST-245 I can pick up the weak signals on 40 much easier! |
| I think, this new shack will give me a boost to my 5-B-DXCC, Dad. |
