NS8O and NC8V ply the waters of the Ohio river, putting islands on the air for the United States Island Program. Using a screaming 9.9 HP Johnson outboard on my 16 ft Johnboat, no island fortress is safe from our pillages! NC8V carries his FT-840 and a portable 40-10 meter vertical for radio activation of the islands.
