At Sports events, set up/take down, sell tickets and concessions, and record statistics.

White Pass and Yukon Route Railroad Summer 1996 and 1997

- Passenger Agent. Gave comprehensive tour to between 25 and 400 people daily. Handled on board sales of gift shop items to sums of $1400 daily. Shuttle driver, odd repair jobs, cleaning, and restocking of train.

Alaska Railroad Corporation 4/95 - 8/95

- Supervisor. Participated in the hiring and supervision of 14 employees. Operated on board gift shop, assisted and gave commentary to ARR passengers. Scheduled work hours for tour guides and helped to provide a smooth running and safe passenger service.

Alaska Railroad Corporation 5/94 - 8/94

- Tour Guide. Gave commentary and answered any and all questions passengers had while aboard. Other duties included basic car maintenance, customer service, and maintained passenger safety.

Castable Ceramics 5/93 - 2/94

- Dental Lab Technician. Model and die specialist plus did metal work, model repair, sand blasting, office filing, courier, and dental lab maintenance.

• Japanese - Four years of high school Japanese, one semester at UAA, three years at UAF, 10 months in Japan.
• Private English tutor for Japanese students ages ranging 6 to 47 in group and private lessons.
• Alaska Railroad Tour Guide Training Program.
• Certified Associate - Total Quality Management Training.
• Computer experience - Macintosh Word, Excel, Works; IBM Word, Excel.
• Typing - Certified 46 WPM.
• Debate - Service High School 1993 - 94.
• Grade Point Average - HS 3.72 National Honor Society for 5 years. At UAF, 3.1 cumulative.
• Boy Scouts - Eagle Scout achieved 8/94. Junior Leader Training - one week 8/91.
• Technician class Amateur Radio Operator License.
• First Aid - Certified Red Cross training in first aid and CPR in 1997.
