1. Review and approve the financial plan
- mandatory equipment purchase list
- nice-to-have equipment list (equipment
purchase plan for upcoming years)
2. Review and approve NK5A strategy. Will
be presented to the HR and
facilities in order to:
- get MONEY
- find us a place to set up the station
Minutes:
Meeting came to order at 15:40. Placement
of antennas was discussed. Building 4 has
easier roof access. A beam antenna may not
be feasable due to visibility restrictions
impossed by Las Colinas. Vertical and wire
antennas will have to do in the beginning.
Cary Carender donated VHF gear to the club.
Colin Buckup, as Treasurer, immediately accepted
the donation. The group gave comments on
the mandatory equipment purchase list and
changes were made. Below is the modified
list.
