Officers’ Reports—Treasurer:
Bob, KB7ADO has no bank statement yet, but printout of investments is here—they are down.

Correspondence:
Bob has the PUD bill--$54.31—about $2 less than last time. We received a notice of insurance certificate for equipment

Board of Directors’ Report:
None

Old Business:
Bob announced that Brian, KJ7OX has asked for a trade—he will reimburse the Club for cost of repairs of the ICOM 736 including shipping/handling in exchange for the ICOM Dual-Bander. Cost of repairs was about $111. He’ll include a donation to make it an even $150. (As a note, the Yaesu 736 replaces the Dual-Bander.) Randy, NU7D made a motion to accept Brian’s offer. Stu, K7WF seconded. Motion carried.

Bob indicates the 40-meter Band pass Filter failed some time ago, and no cost yet to replace it.

The CoffeeStop numbers show around $643 before expenses. Net is probably about $554. We have another one scheduled December 20-22, 8am—8pm, Northbound Toutle rest stop.

Wally revisited the Christmas Dinner topic stating we need to make arrangements soon. Is there any discussion about having it at the Rose Tree like last year? Connie, KB7AYY will make the reservations and check dates available, keeping in mind the “Walk & Knock” is December 2nd and runs until about 4:30pm.

Bob revisited the topic of us giving Ham license classes, and Judi, KD7GZR indicates she has 3 people interested in taking the class. ARRL has a new book out, but no new videos yet.

Bob says nothing has been done with the Repeater yet. Day Wireless notified Earl, N3EG about the work. Earl’s wife is back in the hospital.

New Business:
Stu says K7YFJ asked him to be Net Control on the WSEN. He did it, but didn’t hear any Cowlitz County check-in’s. Net happens at 6:30pm Mondays on 3.986MHz.

Good of the Order: Randy says “Thanks” to all who took ICS 100 & 700 classes and the 1st Aid/CPR class. “There will be a SET exercise for check-in at 9am, then it will begin at 10am. You can participate from home this Saturday, the 7th. You will need to make up 1 message each using ARRL message form. Send me an email if you don’t have the form—one has 25 blanks, one has 50 blanks. Try to keep message short and to the point. COMM van will be activated. We’ll be on 147.260 repeater. Use 220 for Clark County, 147.200 for State, and 3.985MHz for HF. It will be other agencies’ tactical frequencies, not Hams’. The Mass Casualty Incident in Kalama went very well. Fire Department was glad to have the COMM van there.”

Judi brought a binder tonight with all Club Minutes to date to keep here at the Clubhouse.

Kathy, KD7WNQ says, “If anyone has questions about Washington State MARS, just ask me or John, KB7UED. I’m the Administrative Officer for the State. We have nets all the time, mostly mornings and evenings. We’re setting up with WinLink 2000.”

Bob says Jamboree-On-The-Air is coming up.

Motion made to adjourn. Seconded, and Carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:20pm.

Respectfully submitted:

Judi--KD7GZR, Secretary
