Old Business:
Bob asked the equipment insurance company for a list of what’s insured. He also brought a brochure saying antennas/towers can be covered, and installation is included. Premium might rise if we add this coverage. Do we want to do this? Coverage would be about $400 annually. <Discussion followed on equipment costs>

Revisiting a prior topic, Bob checked into ARRL’s program and Club memberships and found out that our Club would get $2 for every renewal we have and $15 for every new or expired membership.

Nathan, KBØSZY asked if final confirmation was received for the Log being accepted? Bob will find out.

Brian, KJ7OX said the Club’s main station--Icom 736--is now a $100 radio. Functions still work, though. <Discussion followed on whether to fix it or replace it>

Randy brought a new list of Frank Hammersmith’s (SK) equipment showing a few items still for sale. <Discussion followed on prices> “National Night Out” was a success and very well organized. Randy, Connie, KB7AYYand Judi, KD7GZR participated in Longview—there was a BBQ and the Red Cross, Longview Fire, Police, and the Police Chief attended. It was very well accepted in the neighborhood. The Fair started, and a few slots still need filling—mainly Saturday. “Thanks” to those who signed up! As a reminder, the NIMS courses can be done either online or through a class.

Brian began a discussion on the “26” repeater clipping and will ask Earl to test it.

New Business:
None.

Good of the Order:
Brian announced that Earl’s wife is in the hospital—no details are available.

Steve, K7SDH had problems with the front doorknob tonight—it didn’t unlock on first try.
