NC7I Station

This page will soon contain pictures of my station. The shack is built into the closet of the toy/guest room. I share the space with the kids toys so QRM in the shack can be high at times.

The station consists of

  • Yaesu FT-840 for HF all modes
  • Kenwood TS-711A for 2m all modes
  • MFJ-949C tuner
  • MFJ-452 CW Keyer/Keyboard
The antennas consist of
  • Van Gorden shorty HF dipole for 160-10m
  • 10m dipole on the ceiling of my garage
  • 2m ground plane on the roof
