NC7I Mobile Station

This page contains pictures of my mobile station. The mobile station is a Alinco DX-70T 160-6m all mode, my Yaesu FT-51RHP for 2m/70cm FM and a Diamond HV7A antenna. The HV7A is mounted on a Comet mount and uses a 2 Comet duplexers to be able to run UHF/VHF and 6m/HF all at the same time. Currently the 6m antenna is not tuned up. I run 20m, 10m, 2m, 70cm.

The DX-70T mounted in the Ford Windstar. The mount is a modified Wizard drink holder that locks into the Windstars front drink holder. The main part of the radio is under the drivers seat.

The FT-51RHP strapped to the center console. Velcro straps hold the radio to the lid of the center console.

My cab noise reduction system. Speakers near my ears help reduce cab noise. The small speaker is the 2m/70cm speaker, the stereo speakers are for the DX-70T

Diamond HV7A with 10m and 20m resonators installed.
