Bulletin: A monthly bulletin is broadcast, every first Sunday of the month, in English at 8H00 local time on : 3700 KHz LSB 7069 KHz LSB 145.775 MHz FM Echo-Link V51RS-R Node 466564 QSL Bureau: The NARL QSL Bureau will handle QSL cards to and from the bureau from other QSL Bureaus and paid up members of the League only.
