While the '94 Repeater is down for repairs during the week of Nov 17th 2003,
Don't be afraid to use the '94 "Parrot repeater" - You don't need to re-program
your radio - just key down and talk for less then 20 seconds - when you un-key,
you will hear yourself - then hush up for the next 20 seconds while
the next user keys down - simple as that and it works very well for
a quick back-up while the ENTIRE '94 machine is undergoing repairs - including
the Duplexors ! - Don't look for a squelch tail - there is none - just try it -
it will sharpen your operating skills !

I like the web site. I just got my tech. privilages in Jan.. I joined NARA shortly after. My call sign is KG4RCT. I am in the process of trying to have it changed to N4FJH. I normally stay on the Cullman ARC repeater 145.31 because of the close proxmity of Eva and Cullman. Love the sight though.
