This is my wife Bonnie W9MSC and our daughter Laura. Bonnie and I were married in 1987, and Laura came along a little over a year later. I have been truely blessed!

Bonnie was born in this area, but her family moved down to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida when she was about one years old. Funny how life goes. I met Bonnie when she ended up back in the cold north and we worked at the same company. Bonnie's parents moved from Florida to the Dallas, Texas area in the late 1990's. There is a great deal of ham heritage in Bonnie's family. Her dad is Don N4GQQ, Uncle Bob is NF7E and grandfather Charlie KA9ACS. Charlie became a silent-key in early April 1998 and we all miss his great stories and exuberant energy (he was a well driller long into his 80's). Bonnie's call W9MSC was Charlies original callsign back in the early 30's.

Bonnie works as an administrator W.W. Grainger corporate headquarters in Libertyville, IL.

Laura doesn't have a great deal of interest in ham radio, yet! I did teach her some morse code when she was about seven years old and she still remembers some of the letters. Maybe someday she'll express interest again. Laura attends Bradford High School and does very well in her studies. She is also on their girls volleyball team. Recently she joined their chior group also.
