This is a National NC-100XA receiver which was completely rebuilt from the ground up by Roger Zaun W9UVV. This receiver was built in 1938 and designed by the famous team of James Millen and Dana Bacon. James Millen went on to start the James Millen Manufacturing Company which is also an area of collecting interest for me. This radio used the moveable coil catacomb for band switching and is general coverage from BC through 30Mcs. I love this radio, it has great audio and is in excellent condition.

I have just recently purchased the matching NC-101XA, ham band only, receiver. It is also in excellent condition, but is a little dirty and will be given the once over before it finds a new home in my shack. Stay tuned for pictures!
