Deadbeat QSLers
Note: Most of these requests were for new state/country or band state/country. ** NE4O was subsequently reassigned. QSO was with Dennis W. Smith, NE4O (now W5VAF) in Jonesboro, AR. I am sure some hams will find this page offensive. There is no obligation on anyone's part to reply to a QSL card request. However, I believe it is a common courtesy among radio amateurs. Some of the above QSO's were with contest stations that benefit from my contact. Several attempts were made to obtain a confirmation. I include an SASE for their return QSL. If you are on the list and would like to be removed, please confirm our QSO with a written confirmation sent via snail mail. Thank you.
