I am sure some hams will find this page offensive. There is no obligation on anyone's part to reply to a QSL card request. However, I believe it is a common courtesy among radio amateurs. Some of the above QSO's were with contest stations that benefit from my contact. Several attempts were made to obtain a confirmation. I include an SASE for their return QSL.
