BASICS:

1.  Use ARRL-DXCC application form (downloadable from ARRL.org)
2.  Use data sheet or equivalent to list entities in band order then mode.  Save multiple
     QSOs on 1 card for the last page.  You must list the entity name.  Be sure sign the
     application.  When using electronic log printouts for your DXCC submission they
     should be in the same order across the page as the ARRL data form. 
3.  Have proper fees in check form made out to ARRL
4.  Provide the card checker with a stamped envelope to mail the application & data
     sheets.  Be sure to attach enough postage.
5.  DXCC requires 100 different entity confirmations. 

CURRENT RULES FOR CHECKER:

Currently Checkers cannot check  deleted entities, 160 meter or 10 year old QSOs
Those QSOs must be sent directly to the ARRL DXCC for checking at this time.

IN CASE OF DISPUTES:

Any disputes may be sent to the DXCC desk on your next application; i.e. if the
applicant feels the checker has incorrectly disallowed any QSOs.  The DXCC desk is the "Final Answer"!

FEES:

$10 for 1st application per year (up to 120 QSOs).  $0.15 for each QSO after 120.

$20 for 2nd application in the same year.  QSO numbers still apply.

Additional $5 fee for cards checked at designated ARRL Conventions.

Your application and data worksheets will be forwarded by me to the ARRL DXCC desk.  My  responsibility is to check the cards you present as to their authenticity.  Any changes, alterations or misrepresentations may disqualify a QSO.  I make no determinations as to the validity of any operation.  The DXCC desk will make all

THEN WHAT?

After your cards are checked and verified they are returned to you.  I will mail your application, data sheet and fees (in your stamped envelope) to the ARRL DXCC with-in two business days of the checking of your cards.

TURN AROUND TIME :

Check the ARRL DXCC website for updates on applications being processed.  Bill Moore, NC1L, keeps that list current and you can check the progress of your application. 


Remember to post your endorsements annually.  Keeping your DXCC Award current is far more efficient than letting all those cards stack up over several years.  Believe me . . .I know!   Check out the ARRL website frequently for changes to the DXCC Rules and additions to the DXCC awards program.
