Beautiful mammal
Graceful and intelligent
Able to communicate
With all the other dolphins
In a language men will never understand.
You are the dolphin
Fun-loving, innocent,
Playfully flirtatious
Seeking out a worthy mate
Among the other dolphins
In a search for the best father for your young.
You are the dolphin
Excellent mother
Nurturing and vigilant
Knowing that your offspring are
A gift to other dolphins,
So you teach them well until they swim away.
You are the dolphin
Free of the burden
Of maternal duties now.
Children raised, you're free to seek
The love of other dolphins.
You've been faithful for as long as free can be.
You are the dolphin.
