March 09, 2011 - In memory of Roger Coulter, KT4HV of Radford, VA, who served faithfully for many
years as our lead volunteer exam coordinator. His longstanding commitment to ensuring that the
volunteer examiners and the examination process adhered to ARRL and FCC protocols was critical to the
successful operation of testing applicants for amateur radio licensing. We are indebted to Roger for
his major contribution to this important endeavor.
