Personal Description
Hello, my name is Anthony, I am a visually impaired Amateur Radio Operator. I attended overbrook school for the blind for information about overbrook school for the blind see link below. I am a member of the Delaware County Amateur Radio Association and The Marple Newtown Amateur Radio Club. I hang on 147.57mhz simplex usin' my rat shack simplex repeater. I got interested into Amateur(HAM) radio from listenin' on my scanner, I listened for about 5 years. I received the freq. from a guy Blair Oslen callsign N3MOY a drum teacher at my school. Since being an Amateur I have met some very nice people and made new friends and have learned a lot of interestin' things about my hobby which I enjoy very much. I am gettin' a career with the help of a work streams program. I am presently workin' for the work streams program, which is located at the Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs Coalition.
