The ECARA NEWSLETTER is presented here for download in PDF Format. Many of you are already familiar with this type of file. If you are not, you must use the Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view and print the file. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it from the Adobe website by clicking on the icon below.

TO DOWNLOAD THE NEWSLETTER: With your mouse, right click on the newsletter link (the underlined heading below) . This will bring up a drop down menu. For Netscape users, click on "save link as" and Internet Explorer users click on "save target as". This will bring up a save window. Choose where you would like the file saved on your hard drive. Click on "SAVE" and the file will begin downloading to the destination you have chosen. When you are ready to view or print the newsletter, open your ACROBAT READER and open the file from where you have saved it on your hard drive. You can then read the file or print it.
