It is time to change and update my QSL page, again. Many of the links have changed and some “stale” information went away. Like most people I know, I am busy and have little time to devote to web pages or building a site. I will build it as time and energy permits. If you want to know what, if any improvements have been made to this site, look in the lower part of this page for the “last modified” and the date. I will try to revise and add to it at least every other month starting with 7/2004. I have some links and information of interest to Johnstown and Cambria County PA amateur operators including Echo-link, the county packet radio system, basic scanner frequencies and other interesting things that you may want to use or at least read about. I will also have links and information on what I am “playing with” in the way of experiments and projects. There are new links and information on board as well. Please excuse my position on the amateur radio hobby and my adopted stance as GDI (gosh darned independent) attitude unencumbered by clubs, organizations and politics in general. Let’s talk and be hams. I have accepted an appointment as county RACES radio officer and there is a new link on this. If you have any questions, or want information I don’t have posted, please feel free to contact me via e-mail.
