Standalone Tracker

Kpc3+ tracker settings:
start with factory defaults and interface terminal

MYCALL N3xxx-xx                  (use your call and SSID)
GPSHEAD 1 $GPRMC
GPSHEAD 2 $GPGGA     (optional; also requires setting BLT 2 & LTP 2)
BLT 1 EVERY 00:02:00             (or desired time interval)
LTP 1 GPSMV via RELAY,WIDE,WIDE  (use GPSxyz code from Symbols.txt)
Monitor off
BTEXT Stand Alone Tracker        (or, your preffered text)
CMSG DISC
CTEXT Stand alone tracker...Disconnecting
BEACON every 20              (or, your preffered beacon rate)
UNPROTO APRS via RELAY,WIDE,WIDE  (used for beacon path)
MYREMOTE N3xxx-x                 (use your call and SSID)
RTEXT My secret password    (This is the password for remote access)

INT GPS
CD SOFTWARE

After reset or power off/on, you will not be able to communicate
with tnc from terminal. To change settings connect to MYREMOTE from
another radio and tnc.
Ex. C N3xxx-x
Enter code  (see Kantronics manual; remote access)
Change settings as though you were connected to a terminal.
To disconnect, enter Ctrl-C, then d (enter) at command prompt.
