I, N3DNO, hereby publicly apologize for my ham bashing on the news group
"rec.radio.amateur.misc". I have no right to bash a new ham for not
passing his/her code test. I should have been encouraging them not
putting them down. I firmly believe in keeping the code requirement, but
do not consider a no-code ham a non-ham.
I would also like to welcome any new hams to the wonderful hobby of ham
radio. I hope you get as much enjoyment out of it as the rest of us have.
Again, my deepest apologies to the ones I have offended.
