This is a wonderful paddle made by David Saylors, WK4DS; he calls it the Excalibur. I think it has kind-of an art deco look with the sculpted base, and David added a decorative cut around the edge of the top piece. WK4DS recommends "Nevr-Dull" to clean the brass base.
