I'm a radio amateur. My FCC-assigned call sign is N2SLX. I am one of the Net Control Operators for the Long Island Mobile Amateur Radio Club's Computer Net. This net was a Friday night regular event for a number of years, but has become somewhat sporadic. If you're in the New York area and are a radio amateur or have a scanner, see if we're on at 9:00 Friday evenings on 147.375 MHz, using a PL of 136.5 Hz.
