WELCOME TO N2OUV

Hello and welcome to my page, my name is Joe and I have been licensed since 1986. I became interested in Ham Radio in 1983 when my older brother gave me the Knight Star Roamer he built in the 60's and an AMECO code practice record. While my brother never became licensed he was a source of encouragement to get licensed as was my Dad who both helped me erect my antennas and my first tower. I owe my successes in the hobby to them. Amateur radio is a great hobby with so many different facets to explore. My favorites are chasing DX, homebrewing HF gear, QRP, restoring and operating boatanchor gear and PSK 31. In addition to Amateur Radio I have several other hobbies and interests. As you can see on my QSL to the right American Muscle Cars is one of them. Please enjoy your visit. 73 for now, Joe
