Our Delta Kite antenna experiment. Although we did not use the kites for antennas, we did fly them using the tether wire we brought with us. We found that the idea is quite feasable as long as there is a steady breeze. An assortment of configurations were tried and our kite flew with over 300 feet of tether wire for an entire afternoon.
