One of my hobbies is computers. Several months ago I was playing around with the idea of setting up a Telnet DX cluster for the Florida Contest Group. I looked around on the web and really couldn't find any software which fit my needs. I tried CLX, a free Linux based cluster program, and ended up banging my head against the wall. I looked at Clusse, a free DOS based program, but it also didn't really catch my interest. AR-Cluster, a windows based program, looked interesting, but for $300? It wasn't worth it to me. Finally, my good friend KH2D developed a Windows based and easy to set-up DX Cluster program, called Wincluster Lite (click here). Jim wrote a program which, although may not have all the features that AR-Cluster or CLX has, is easy to set up and run. In addition, you can't beat the support. Jim has helped me immensely, answering questions, solving problems, and adding features.
