Check these out...

Definitely worth a look!
  • Schematics of Radios & Programming Software Operator / service manuals & programming software for many radios.

  • Internet Radio Linking Project (IRLP) - a simple and easy system to link radio systems together using the Internet as the communications backbone. This is very cool!

  • Dayton Hamvention® - the world's largest amateur radio gathering.

  • USNO Master Clock - The Official Source of Time for the Department of Defense and the Standard of Time for the United States.

  • Sound Card Packet Radio - Why by a TNC when you already have one built into your computer? Can use the stereo feature of the soundcard to interface with 2 radios. Note: it will not work with most Packet programs, download one of the recommended programs. You'll also need a fairly fast Pentium processor and at least 64 megs of ram. Will not work with DOS or Windows 3.1

  • NCDXF/IARU International Beacon Network - A worldwide HF CW beacon network. Operating on 14.100, 18.110, 21.150, 24.930 and 28.200 MHz these beacons, at eighteen locations accross the globe, allow you tell what condition the ionosphere is in. All beacons operate at 100 watts and use Cushcraft R-5 vertical antennas. There are lists and links to programs to download so you will know which beacon is transmitting at any time. If you operate HF you should find this useful!

  • SatScape - A very nice, freeware satellite tracking program for Windows. If you need to track satellites I think you'll find this useful. Has many features, give it a try.

  • SM3GSJ Roger Hedin's Homepage - A freeware program to make Great Circle maps from any location in the world. Can also be used to make grid square maps. Great program!

  • EI8IC's Ham Radio Resources Website - Irish Ham Radio Contest Resource Site. Be sure to check out the links section for a good selection of tower links and more!

  • MTS Radio / Electronics Repair - ICOM authorized repair & others. Useful info for older ICOM rigs, Click on Questions & Updates.

  • PIEXX Equipment and Computers - Sells Kenwood / Icom / Yaesu / Syntor X Ham Radio Accessories which are no longer available from the manufacturers. Tone encoders, RAM cards & more!
