What is it?

Or should I ask who made it??

DVR-100

A digital voice recorder was given to me for use with our club's repeater controller, an ACC RC-85. The model number is DVR-100. I was also given an instruction manual with it. The manual states "The DVR-100 can be operated under two control modes, CPU control using a microcomputer, etc., and manual control using external switches, etc. This manual will focus primarily on the manual control mode. Additional information will be provided for CPU control in a separate manual". I don't have this separate manual and being as we wish to control it with the RC-85 I think I'm going to need it. There's no indication anywhere in the manual or on the board of who made this thing. At least if I knew who made it I would have a direction to go in.

Below are a few pictures of the DVR-100. Do you know who made it? Can it be used with an ACC RC-85? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Email me at n2ffl@yahoo.com if you have any information.
