This timer was designed by me for PEP Technologies. I may give you a copy of a hex file, but I may have to check first so email me. This timer is not very complex, requiring only a few switches, an LCD display, a few transistors, resistors, and a relay.
It costs about $20 to make. As I said it is simple, so you may as well just build it from code snippets I have on this site.
