FCC now requires an applicant's Social Security Number or Universal Licensing System ID number on all Form 605 applications and the requirement is mandatory before the application of a successful candidate for a license or upgrade can be submitted by the VEs. 

If special provisions are required for a disability, the VE team needs to be contacted two weeks prior to the exam test date to accommodate the applicant.   All Morse Code Tests given conform to current ARRL VEC/FCC Standards and will be fill in the blank.
