Rod,

Here are a couple of pictures of my 40M Rockmite. Enclosure is an old
Radio Shack project box I got at Dayton for 50 cents, the on/off
switch and the rest of the parts I scrounged out of the junk box.

I'm using 2.1mm coaxial power jacks on most of my kits. Seems to be a
popular size.

This Rockmite, with 500 mW of output, and my attic dipole has already
worked the east coast from Indy. I have had several 500 mile PLUS
QSO's. Can't wait to take it camping and try it out on my Gusher.

It's a neat rig, well worth the $25. It SCREAMS "I AM A RADIO CLUB
BUILDING PROJECT!!" and at that price I will be passing a few out this
year at Christmas time.
