James Dillon was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on January 24, 1965.
James Dillon attended high school at Brother Martin High School in New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended the University of New Orleans..
Following his graduation he was commissioned as a lieutenant in the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force he was assigned to the 67th Strategic Missile Squadron as a Missile Launch Officer. He also attended graduate school at the University of South Dakota and Black Hills State University.
He is currently employed as a Probation and Parole Officer with the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections.
He is married to Phyllis Jensen. They live in Talisheek with three children.
James' hobbies include ASTRONOMY and AMATEUR RADIO. He currently holds an advanced class ham license with the call sign N0KWA.
